We were able to locate detailed royalty sharing information for the University of Pennsylvania dating as far back as 1993. The University has not changed its distribution policy in that time with respect to the inventor's personal share, though the share for the inventor's lab changed from 15% to 12.5% in 2005.

Current Policy
The INVENTORS PERSONAL SHARE shall be thirty percent (30%) of the ADJUSTED PCI REVENUES for the INVENTION.
The INVENTORS RESEARCH ACTIVITY SHARE shall be twelve and one-half percent (12.5%) of the ADJUSTED PCI REVENUES for the INVENTION (see Sec. 2.3.5).
