2013 UCF Intellectual Protection Process

The Intellectual Protection Process distributed royalties based on "cumulative net income (gross royalties minus direct costs of patenting, licensing, legal, and other related expenses)." For net income of $1-$100,000, the inventor receives a 50% share. The inventor's share dropps to 40% for a net income of $101,000-$199,000. For net income greater than $200,000, the inventor receives 30%.
