1983 Policy

University of Cincinnati Policy

For all university inventions for which the university receives royalties, the royalties received by the university shall normally be distributed as set forth:

(a) Zero dollars to fifty thousand dollars total net royalties: Sixty per cent to the inventor

(b) Fifty thousand dollars to one hundred thousand dollars total net royalties: Forty per cent to the inventor

(c) On total net royalties in excess of one hundred thousand dollars: Thirty per cent to the inventor
