University of New Hampshire IP Policy (2017)

As used in this policy, Net Income is the amount of money received by UNH from licensing after deduction of certain expenses connected with developing, securing, maintaining, and commercializing the Intellectual Property.

The University will distribute Royalties and other Net Income received from the licensing of Intellectual Property according to the following schedule: 30% of Net Income to the Innovator(s)/author(s)/developer(s), hereinafter called Innovator . . .
