University of New Mexico Faculty Handbook (1990)

Gross Revenues including option and license issuance fees received by the University resulting from the licensing of the Invention shall be shared 50% with the Inventor after deduction of (a) up to $10,000 to cover the University's patent costs and (b) litigation costs, if any.
