University of Vermont IP Policy (2013)
Net Royalty Income shall be distributed as follows: 50% to the creator(s), 50% to the University. Any distribution to a supporting unit of the University’s share of net Royalty Income shall be in the discretion of the VPR. Distribution and shares of Royalty Income to be determined by the Intellectual Property Policy in effect at the time a license for the creation is signed.
