Current Policy
The INVENTORS PERSONAL SHARE shall be thirty percent (30%) of the ADJUSTED PCI REVENUES for the INVENTION.
The INVENTORS RESEARCH ACTIVITY SHARE shall be twelve and one-half percent (12.5%) of the ADJUSTED PCI REVENUES for the INVENTION (see Sec. 2.3.5).
