An email from a representative of Rutgers stated that the update to the University's 2013 policy did not change the royalty rates set in the 1996 policy.
Distribute the first $5,000 of Gross Income to the inventor. Then, deduct expenses directly assignable to the specific patent and are not paid by a licensee to arrive at Net Income.
